Our Work
This year our staff have run sessions in schools and communities across Oxfordshire resulting in over 1400 pupils taking part in the sport at no cost to schools or pupils. Of these 1400 pupils 700 went on to participate in after school clubs.The Street Hockey project is offering Town, City and District councils the opportunity to bring outreach sports development activity as a cost effective package. Schools the opportunity to have international athletes opening pupils eyes to new sports and skills in PE sessions. Developing the sport and exposing as many young people as possible to Street Hockey.
Our 18s and under Skatejams and filming weeks are the pinnacle of Skateboarding for young people across Oxfordshire. Last year we hosted The Oxfordshire Skate Series, a number of competitions across Oxfordshire where young people progressed and earned a spot on the filming week where they filmed, directed and edited "Queeny and The Boys" our summer Skate movie.
We now operate out of four vehicles, our minibus, two small vans and our Converted Ambulance. This unique vehicle can bring a quiet games session to a residential area or host a full on sports competition with floodlighting, music and mobile sports venue all in one day.
